Do I need any experience to attend a sound bath?

Not at all. Sound baths are suitable for complete beginners. There's nothing you need to do, learn, or prepare — simply come as you are.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, warm clothing. You'll be lying still for the duration of the session, so layers are recommended as your body temperature may drop.

What if I fall asleep during the session?

That's perfectly fine and quite common! Your body knows what it needs. Whether you stay awake or drift into sleep, the sounds will still support you.

Is sound healing safe during pregnancy?

Sound baths are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. After the first trimester, please let me know so I can ensure your comfort and make any necessary adjustments.

Can I book a private group session?

Yes! I'm happy to discuss private sound baths for small groups, special occasions, or workplace wellbeing events. Get in touch to discuss your needs.
