Group Sound Baths

Group sound baths are gentle, immersive sessions using sound and vibration to support deep relaxation and nervous system calm.

You'll lie comfortably on a yoga mat, wrapped in blankets, while soothing sounds from singing bowls and chimes wash over you. There's nothing to do but breathe, rest, and receive.

Each session is held with care and intention, creating a safe container for relaxation and restoration.
